With the budget cuts of the country looking more and more prevalent the local waste services are being labelled as the "vulnerable" area to recover the money.
Despite this Telford and Wrekin councillor Andrew Eade said "Without a major investment in recycling services, costs for waste disposal will continue to rise and at the current rates, this could cost council tax payers an extra £400,000 per year."
