Tracking data changes
This table should be used whenever changes are made to the data in the spreadsheet. It allows records to be kept if more than one person enters data, thus ensuring that the data is of high quality. If errors are made when entering the data then filling in this table will mean that they can be tracked and the source of them can be found.

 
Sources of Information
This table can be used to give details of exactly where to find the data within the company. This will be useful if the person completing the carbon monitoring tool changes from year to year.

Except for the blue input cells, all the cells in the spreadsheet have been locked. This is to prevent the alteration of formulas and conversion factors.
